My account was deactivated??
I’m wondering if anyone can help me? I have never driven for Instacart. I have spark, DoorDash, uber etc and nothing bad in my background. I have a good vehicle as well. I was on the wait list for 3 years and someone told me to speak with customer support and have them delete my application so that I can start new.. so I did that and instead of deleting my account they deactivated me?? And my phone number and email associated with it. I’ve tried MANY times to speak with support through the chat function in the app but all they say is the will escalate it to the next person and I’ll get an email.. so for over a month now I’ve never gotten an email even though they have told me 4 times now that I will. It’s like they don’t want to help me at all?
