my boyfriend has these circular rashes which he's had for probably months upon months now, trying to rule out ringworm as he has been staying with me for a few months now sleeping in the same bed and I haven't caught it

do we think this could be granuloma annular ? or perhaps a type of eczema, the spot on his hip has gotten a bit bigger the past several months

edit : he says they're only a bit itchy when he scratches them

boyfriend bought this STGAubron PC, Intel i7 Xeon E5, RX 590 8G and as soon as he plugged it in these stripes appeared on the startup screen

we've tried different cable slots, a totally different cable, reseating the graphics driver, even the win+ctrl+shift+B trick, basically every simple fix but they're still on screen, theres nothing wrong with the monitor, will reinstalling drivers help ? just not sure what to do
