I’m a non-PSSD patient but have a similar syndrome, caused by Covid and ketoconazole in my case.
One of the first symptoms I noticed was that I wasn’t able to feel temperature anywhere on my penis besides the foreskin. I literally press an ice cube into my shaft and glans and feel mostly nothing, tactile sensation and pain are greatly muted as well. What’s weird is that the foreskin mostly retained all sensations: temperature, touch and even erogenous sensation are mostly intact in it. How’s that one for you?

20 years old male here, autistic with hypermobility. Gradually developed a PSSD-like condition after contracting Covid multiple times, each one causing worsening of symptoms. Starting with mild genital numbness and loss of libido first, then developing almost every single known symptom of PSSD/PFS, only learning about it all afterwards when searching for similar cases.

My symptoms include:
90-95% erogenous sensation loss in genitals
50-55% loss of overall genital sensation, including pain and temperature feeling
Hypersensitive glans with no erogenous feeling, touching it feels uncomfortable and borderline painful
Blunted orgasms
No libido
Partial ED (can get hard, difficult to maintain and enjoy
It due to numbness)
Used to have hard flaccid and pelvic/genital pain at first (common with PFS), but it went away with time, while numbness remained
Loss of sensation in every previously erogenous or sensitive part of the body (nipples, navel, lower abdomen, armpits, neck etc)
Loss of sensation in my anus and bladder, I barely feel the bathroom urges despite the motor function not being affected much (a less common but still known symptom of PSSD/PFS)
Loss of hunger and thirst
Loss of all emotions, positive or negative
Loss of sleep cues
Interoception cut off
Total anhedonia with substance blockage (can somewhat feel alcohol, don’t feel caffeine or nicotine at all), can’t enjoy anything
Gut and digestion issues that started exactly when genital numbness occurred, later confirmed to have dysbiosis
Exercise intolerance
DPDR of sorts (aware of my environment, but unable to precept it and my body signals correctly, everything feels flat and dead)
Immune system changes (?). It seems like I’m getting sick way less frequently, especially mind flus and whatnot.
Pins and needles over body, especially in limbs
Mild tremors in feet
Overall dysautonomia
Dry skin and hair
Hyperhidrosis
Loss of smell and taste perception, they feel more flat
Mild loss of tactile and pain perception all over body

I never took SSRIs/fin/accutane or other drugs/substances known to cause these syndromes. The only possible thing that worsened it could be ketoconazole shampoo that I used for some time in the past, but every single crash I had was shortly after getting Covid, each time.
I’m not the only one, met several others that reported genital numbness, anhedonia and emotional blunting, among other symptoms of LC. Seems quite common.
Unfortunately, I’m unable to do a Dutch test and many other required tests, but I’d like to hear what the community thinks about my case.
Do you guys have completely pleasureless or just muted (say 10-20%) orgasms? It seems like most of the people lose the orgasmic sensation completely, but in my case it’s just greatly blunted, yet still achievable. How’s it for you?
Does anyone have painful orgasms? Like burning, tingling or sharp pain in your genitals or overall pelvic area upon ejaculation. Did it improve for anyone?
Tried on this 32mm Adriatica. I know the brand isn’t well regarded but I have quite small wrists and hands, so finding a decent watch in my size category is challenging. How it looks? My 35mm PRX for reference.

Basically the title. Does any sexual activity, and especially orgasming, make the numbness/libido worse for you? And do you have any physical pain from it?
