Anyone else agree, don't trade salary for ESOP?

Looked up a notable GC I'm interviewing with. I already saw 2 reviews that said "lower salaries but make up for it with ESOP." Im 42 years old, currently paid very well at an EPCM. Sure I dont have an ESOP, but an ESOP isnt going to pay the bills right now. Many would like to say you have to live within your means, well the economy in today's America makes that pretty damn hard to do and I dont have properties or toys like boats or 4-wheelers. I believe if a company wants you bad enough they will have to pay you to move over and thats not 'latent pay', thats immediate pay.

Salary of McCarthy Bros.

Im at an excellent pay range now with Jacobs. Senior/Director level close to $225K/year. I like it that with Jacobs i get paid for every hour I work even if its straight time. Ive got an upcoming interview with McCarthy Bros. and I wont accept a pay cut to move over. I also wont accept an ESOP to counter a lower salary package as the current economy doesnt really support it. Im in Missouri so not sure if McCarthy can meet my salary expectations but I dont have any idea.

So Trimix has definitely improved my confidence, best thing ive ever taken once i dialed in the dose and taking T101. Question now is as i used to be a 2 pump chump, ive got the opposite issue. Keep in mind im new to the LS and achieving an orgasm eith new people is becoming a challenge. Still though how does one help promote an orgasm that doesnt take on average 60-75 minutes of play time? Yes the stuff is powerful and need to concentrate just to orgasm with my wife.

Would like to hear from others in the LS if this is more common. I read all the time of the female partner being "bisituational, biselective, bicurious, heteroflexible." Based on what we find, this is not bisexual and after a few experiences we have gathered the thought this is more for the other guy than it is for the other girl. I can justify the fondling breasts and kissing between the 2 women. But ive heard from several women now they dont mind when the girl goes down on them but wont reciprocate. I feel like the term "biselfishness" needs to be a term or even "bi for the guy". I respect women for being straight, I just have a hard time with the opaque terms being thrown around in the LS that leave a lot to be desired.

Basis for my post is understanding how common this is? How do you go to an event or even playroom to cut out if the other female will play with my bisexual wife or not? What sucks for me is how lovely my wife tastes and is always fresh to welcome another female. The most attractive type women in the LS seem to be very much more into MFM or this gray area of being bi which turns out they are really straight.
