I have the option to post and reply anonymous on the app on iphone but I can only start a post anonymously on the desktop website. I have absolutely no option to reply anonymously. To do so, because typing on the actual keyboard is better, I just reply w/ a .... then go on the desktop and edit it.. THEN it's anonymous.

Has anyone else noticed this?

My friend works for a credit union. they punish employees for using state mandated sick time. while she's full time, it's not called nys sick time but it's still given every year regardless (56 hrs).

she SAYS she called lawyers and no one called her back and she's called the state and they never called her back. Personally I don't think she's trying hard enough.

Here is how they treat nys sick time:

>We have sick time. I have right now, 75 hours of sick time.
If I call in sick tomorrow they say it's an unscheduled absence. It counts as an "occurrence". If I call in 3 days in a row that is one occurrence because it is consecutive days.
If I call in sporadically that is one occurrence each time.
If you have 3 occurrences you get a warning... then written, then termination.

This to me sounds 1000% like they are punishing employees for exactly what nys time is supposed to protect them from. they are flat out ignoring the law. Am I right in thinking this?

Any ideas, or help better links I can use to report to the state? I know there's nothing I can do to make her fight for herself because she wants to move up in the company but maybe if I had more resources it may help. idk. worth a shot. TIA!

Sorry this is prob. TMI for many and the guys prob. don't care but this honestly can help anyone who has artificial sweetener sensitivity.

I cannot consume artificial sweeteners because my body thinks I have a UTI when I do not. Pee tests show elevated white blood cells, higher ph but NO nitrites (bacteria). Took me DECADES to learn this and I finally figured it out about 6 yrs ago after yet another round of CIPRO (that is used to treat anthrax) and I had uti symptoms a week later. Google gave me the answer. I went cold turkey that day and have never had a UTI since! (or what i thought was one).

This morning all of a sudden I get that urge and I know it all too well. I immediately start thinking of what I ate and drank in the last 24 hours. I checked the chobani creamer my son brought home from the store.. nope.. that's all natural. I had chinese food for dinner but they don't put that stuff in there. Then I think: I HAD PINK LEMONADE AT WORK.... (we sell coca cola products). While sitting on the potty peeing NOTHING, I find the website to look at the ingredients and THERE IT IS:

I had a 20oz a few weeks ago and I was fine. Today I wasn't.

So just wanted to post to let everyone know just in case you can't consume artificial sweeteners.

Now excuse me while I go take another two cystex........

I have an ilco kd50 at work, the lever handle has stripped. i found one on ebay for $50. (or 100 lol).

Is that a good price? does anyone have one they would sell to me? I've never had to buy this so not sure of a decent price.
