Two of my favorites #16934 and #16135

I started some 3 months ago making these bracelets. These two are my favorites in terms of color combination and flow so far. What do you think? Any other ideas on color combinations for blue? Dark blues are my favorite, i wanna try some where i don’t use white

Increased hunger after testosterone increase. Was dose too low before?

I’ve already been on testosterone for about 10 years. I used to take the gel with 50mg per day, and increased it to 75mg about a month ago. I noticed that my hunger keeps increasing in the last few days. Was wondering if anyone ever had a similar experience?

Testosterone never had increased my hunger before. Even though doctors kept telling me it should have increased and that its weird. But then again, i have a new (much better) doctor now, and she said my levels are in the lowest quarter of the normal adult testosterone levels. I think they were always this low so maybe my body really needed more testosterone. Over the years i kept asking to increase my lvls but the doctors always said no, and wouldnt tell me my exact lvls, even though i felt like its not enough.

Did any of your doctors keep you on a low dose without ever giving a good reason?

20mg lexapro, low mood still comes in waves

Hey so, for depression, i’m on 20mg lexapro for nearly 3 months now. I know antidepressants are not a magical cure, but i am wondering if they are helping me the way they are supposed.

Since taking it, i can most days get better out of bed and generally have a bit more energy to do things, also my negative thought spirals got a bit less. But also, i keep having days or sometimes a full week where my mood and energy does drop quite low again. I also still don’t enjoy anything i do. Like, i got some energy now to do things, but whatever i do, i still feel nothing from it, just like before i started taking lexapro. When i feel like i’m having one of my better days, i can enjoy spending time with my friends abit more than before. Thats the only thing.

So i’m wondering if this med is really the right one for me. And if it’s normal to keep having these waves of low mood. My psychiatrist said to keep taking them for the next two months and to lower my stress, so it might get better then.
