Mods Causing AI to never declare a war on myself or other AI?
So for a lot of games now, I have noticed that war is a never occuring thinn unless I'm doing it, i'm ust wondering if mayybe since the recent updates that AI is basically incapable or maybe one of these mods is causing that problem?
Bonus: I have't seen or gotten a crisis in forever.
