[Hiring] Remote — Content & Strategist for our social media marketing agency.

Who we are: a small social media agency. Brands come to us when their social presence isn't working, and we handle the strategy, the writing and the content from there.

What we're missing is Reddit. Our strategy team is solid, but nobody here knows how to use Reddit properly, and half our clients would benefit from it.

What you'll do

•     Write content for client accounts — captions, carousel copy, LinkedIn posts, Reel scripts

•     Own Reddit for us: find the right subreddits per client, write posts that don't read like ads, handle the comments

•     Solve the marketing problems clients bring us — low engagement, the wrong audience, a launch that flopped — and figure out what to actually do about it

•     Brief our designers and editors, then review what comes back

•     Keep a running bank of post ideas using relevant AI tools so we're never scrambling

What we're looking for

•     You actually use Reddit and understand what gets a brand welcomed vs. banned

•     Strong written English, and you can switch voice between clients

•     Comfortable using AI tools — for research, first drafts, variations, repurposing. We use them daily and expect you to

•     Reliable and independent — agency deadlines are tight

Details

•     Rate: $15/hour to $20/hour — depending on experience and workload

•     Hours: 10–15 hrs/week, flexible

•     Start: Immediate

Process: short Google Docs assignment form is a case study, not a questionnaire. We're looking at how you think — your reasoning, creativity and how you research a problem you don't already have an answer to. Use AI to brainstorm if it helps, but don't paste in a basic idea without thought. Every response is read by our team, and shortlisting is based purely on the quality of your solution to the problem statement.

Please do not DM. All applications go through the form. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted by our team over email, so use an address you actually check.

What my prompts lack in order to achieve such AI generated image??

This is the reference image I am trying to practice to write prompt for:

https://fiverr-res.cloudinary.com/image/upload/f_auto,q_auto/v1/attachments/project_item/attachment/7405ae7bb33b89a7e519bb8c2136e3dd-1762428267372/2.png

And this is what I could generate with my prompting skill:

prompt:

a close up image of a young confident women in her 20s with short shoulder length straight dark hair, brown coloured eyes, natural skin, visible pores and some freckles, slightly rotated away from camera, holding a glass jar of body moisturizer gently close to her cheeks , touching the side of her cheeks with the other hand gently, looking into the camera with confidence and slight attitude, her lips are separated sightly, her skins shines with the studio box light , rim light look with white seamless studio backdrop, shot on Canon EOS R5 85 mm , skincare brand campaign, photorealistic

Model:

Nano banana 2

I have started learning prompting recently. I am open to tips and advices so that i can improve my prompting.
