I’ve competed in natural bodybuilding for a few years, and I’m considering moving over to the dark side. I currently work with a TRT clinic because I need a legitimate prescription for work and travel. Since my natural levels were already pretty good, they prescribed me 100 mg of testosterone per week and only run bloodwork every six months.
If I decide to increase my dose or add other compounds on my own, I know I’ll need bloodwork much more frequently. For those of you who handle additional testing independently, how do you do it? Do you use a primary-care doctor, an online service, or order directly through a private lab? Are you paying entirely out of pocket, or have you been able to use insurance?
I’d prefer to keep the additional testing separate so it doesn’t affect my TRT prescription, but I still want to monitor my health properly. I’m in the United States if that matters.
Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated.
Just wanting to see if you guys have any tips for having better workouts early in the morning. I’ve recently had to go back to training before work and I’m trying to figure out how to get the most out of those sessions.
My schedule is:
Bed: 8:30–9:00 PM
Wake up: 3:30 AM
Get to the gym: 4:00 AM
Workout: Until around 5:20 AM
Get to work: 6:00 AM
I know getting around 6 hours of sleep isn’t ideal or “recommended,” but that’s what I have to work with right now.
I have about an hour and 20 minutes to train, which is more than enough time, but some mornings I feel like it takes me the first couple of sets just to fully wake up and get into the workout. I already do a few things that I’ve seen recommended:
Turn on the big light as soon as I wake up
Drink water
Do some light stretching
But I’m curious if anyone else here trains this early and has found anything that noticeably helps with energy, focus, or performance. Any tips or routines that make those first few sets feel less like a warm-up for your brain?

I was given a 30 mg vial of Reta that has already been reconstituted, but I currently have my own 30 mg vial that I’ll be using for about the next 10 weeks.
Is there any way to properly store the vial I was given so that it remains usable after those 10 weeks?
Would it be better to:
Freeze it?
Keep it refrigerated and use it after the 10 weeks?
Or should I just trash it since it will already be reconstituted for that long?
If I keep it refrigerated, how much potency would you realistically expect it to lose over a 10-week period?

I’m in my first week of using reta and I’m currently taking 1 mg once a week.
Right now I inject on Mondays, but the only time I really stray from my meal plan is on the weekends. Because of that, I’m wondering if it would make more sense to move my injection day to Wednesday** or **Thursday so the appetite suppression is strongest on the weekend.
If I decide to change my injection day, what’s the best way to do it?
Should I move it one day later each week (Monday → Tuesday → Wednesday) so I don’t go several extra days without a dose?
Or
Am I overthinking it? Once the medication has built up in my system, will the effects be fairly consistent throughout the week, making it unnecessary to change my injection day?
I’m still on my first week, so I’m trying to figure out the best long-term schedule.
