When Reddit's spam or safety systems filter an account, moderators don't always have much information to work with, especially if the account has little or no public history.

I'm not suggesting moderators should be able to see private activity. Instead, would it be helpful if Reddit provided a small trust summary, like whether the account has triggered site-wide spam systems before or how confident the filter is, without revealing any private posts, comments, or personal information?

I think something like this could help moderators make better decisions while still protecting user privacy and it would reduce the guesswork when reviewing filtered accounts.
