First Round interview

Just want to see what you guys think, had my first-round interview and am really looking forward to getting the job, but I am concerned about how the first interview went.

Both of my interviewers looked like they were diligently working on something else the entire time they were interviewing, and the interview was also less than the minimum time they recommended for the interview, it was only a 25-minute interview. The role was for AMHS Engineer, and this would be my first genuine engineering role after college.

I felt my answers to the questions were okay, i did research the role etc but they didnt ask me any technical questions.

Y'all think I bombed it or what

Interviewing for Intelligent AMHS Engineer at TSMC Arizona with no semiconductor experience—what should I expect?

I have a first-round Microsoft Teams interview coming up for the Intelligent AMHS Engineer position at TSMC Arizona. The interview is scheduled for an hour with a manager and an AMHS engineer, and I was told to expect both behavioral and technical questions.

My degree is in Applied Computing, and my background includes Linux, networking, system monitoring, troubleshooting, data analysis, C++, Raspberry Pi projects, and some hands-on electrical and mechanical work. However, I have never worked inside a semiconductor fab or directly with an Automated Material Handling System.

I’m currently unemployed, so I genuinely need this opportunity and want to do everything possible to prepare properly. I’m not looking for shortcuts or confidential interview questions. I’m willing to study and would appreciate honest guidance from people familiar with TSMC or its AMHS department.

What should I understand before this interview?

How technical is the first-round interview?

Any advice about the role, interview process, or subjects I should prioritize would mean a lot.
