Polish FM Sikorski: "Farage, father of Brexit, went and failed to declare 5 million pounds from a crypto industry billionaire. It turns out he was secretly taking money from a criminal too. Remember, when we vote for con artists and authoritarians, we won't be their victims but their accomplices."

PM resignation and the future of the proposed deal?

With Keir Starmer announcing his resignation today, I genuinely wonder what this means for the proposed resident doctor deal.

My question is simple: if the Prime Minister who backed the deal is leaving, and the Health Secretary who originally negotiated much of this package will be gone, how much confidence should members have about the long term political commitment behind it?
