i know centipedes arent insects but found this little centipede swimming in some water and decided to get him outta there. any ideas what it is? my first thought was Texas red-headed centipede because ive seen a lot of those around my house but its too small to be one and its body is translucent.

I just got this vft from my teacher because she forgot to water it for a few days. it looks pretty dead but it still has some green on it. It was probably from a death box but im not sure. I put it in a plastic bottle filled with rain water and put a ziplock bag over it. Im not sure if this is the right thing to do or if i should do something else to help it?
