Hi guys, by chance I found a box of forgebane from 2018., it is only ad mech units and so far i have a tech priest dominus, two warmiger knights a set of five skitarii vanguard and another set of five skitarii rangers, one of them is armed with this big sniper rifle. ( i assembled the about the time when forgebane came out, but never painted them)

Now I am a complete newbie to this hobby and I would appreciate advice on how to expand this army for tabletop game. One of the things I would like to add is a proper imperial knight, but other than that Im directionless- i read that maybe a dunecrawler would be a good choice in addition to more skitarii of both types. AFAIK there are point based armies so could you also explain how that works?

So far I plan to paint them in Mars scheme, but I read that forgeworld Metalicca is better option for using knights in my army, could you also give me your opinions on that?
