Hi! I’m 7 weeks pregnant (6+5) and I’m feeling very worried.
On Tuesday, I started having light, period-like bleeding and mild cramping. I should also mention that my pregnancy symptoms disappeared on Monday.
We went to the gynecology emergency department, where they saw the fetus and a heartbeat on the ultrasound on Tuesday. Everything looked good, and my blood tests were also normal. They considered the bleeding to be mild and prescribed Cyklokapron (tranexamic acid) to reduce the bleeding. Since I started taking the tablets, the bleeding has become lighter, but I’m still passing some small clots.
We’re going for another private ultrasound on Monday, but I’m very worried.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
