First-time seller. Should I be worried about the transfer of ownership?

I sold my motorcycle on July 18. The buyer claimed it was for his dad, so I handed over the unit along with the OR/CR. Later, I checked his Facebook profile and realized he is actually a buy-and-sell agent—my motorcycle was already posted for sale on his page.

Recently, he swapped the unit with someone else. I know I no longer have a say in what he does with the bike, but I'm getting paranoid because the motorcycle is still active under my name on my LTMS portal.
Before handing over the OR/CR, I made sure we both signed an Acknowledgement Receipt and Transfer of Possession form. I also secured a photocopy of his ID with three wet signatures.

Since this is my first time dealing with the buy-and-sell market, I'm not sure if I should follow up with him regarding the transfer of ownership now that it's with a new owner. I'd like to know how transfer of ownership usually works with buy-and-sell agents, and whether I should be worried despite having all these signed documents in hand.

Muntik na ako sa Talon-Casa Scam

TL;DR: Offered a quick payout/commission just to fill out a car loan application under my name for a "safe assume-balance dealer." Refused after realizing it was a Talon-Casa / Identity Theft scheme that involved faking COEs, salary details, and forcing me to open bank accounts under pressure.

How It Started

A friend of my mom offered a chance to earn quick money just by filling out a car loan application form. Since my mom didn't know how these schemes work, they transferred the offer to me because I have a Driver’s License (which they said guarantees fast approval).
Working in the corporate/real estate industry, I was already skeptical.

The Red Flags (How the Scheme Escalated)

  1. Person #2 (The "Dealer"): Explained that this was a legitimate "safe assume balance" deal. But right away, they forged my application details—including inflating my monthly salary. During the verification call, I was forced to lie (nanginginig ako the whole time because faking info isn't my thing).
  2. Isolation & Rushing: I tried explaining this to my partner, which caused a huge fight because the setup felt wrong. I tried backing out, but...
  3. Person #3 (The "Business Owner's Sibling"): Step in to convince me and my partner that "legal ang lahat" and that they even pay off dealer agents. We almost fell for the potential income, believing their promises.

The Breaking Point

Last Monday, I was on the final step: opening a bank account for the monthly car payments.

I filed a leave from work and travelled across 3 different cities just to follow their instructions on which bank branch to go to.

Every bank rejected my account application because I couldn't provide a COE and Payslip (required due to my background in real estate).

When I told them I couldn't open an account, they rushed me and offered to create a FAKE Company ID, COE, and Payslip for me just to push the loan through!

That was the moment I snapped. I realized this was maybe possible a full-blown Talon-Casa / Loan Fraud Scheme. If the car got released, the syndicate gets the car and sells/transfers it away. I get left with a multi-million peso debt, ruined credit score, and potential prison time for document falsification and Estafa.

I hard-refused, cut all contact, blocked them, and backed up all chat screenshots where they asked me to fake documents. Fortunately, I never signed any bank contracts and never met them in person, so no unit was released.

Hi guys help me please

It all started yesterday right after I received a specific text message. Since then, the calls have been constant, even stretching past 6:00 PM. I have an active Truecaller subscription until September, which is how I know for sure that these are spam numbers.
I have no idea why I'm suddenly being targeted like this. Whenever I try to answer, I immediately mute my mic and wait for them to say something. No one ever speaks, and the call just automatically hangs up after about 10 seconds.
