Are these millings still good for a driveway?

I have free access to this pile of millings that have been sitting for 2-3years. I also have access to a dump truck and roller. I was told I could apply some binder/activator after it’s spread and rolled and it would be close to fresh asphalt. I’ve got a lot of experience paving with fresh hot asphalt but I’ve never reused millings. Is what I was told true? Does the age of the millings matter? If these millings ARE good to use, what’s the best binder/activator to use to get best results? I’m not expecting a fresh paved deep black driveway or anything, but something nice and solid that’s locked-in and not loose would be great. Thanks for any helpful input

How likely is it for a Trich sti to resurface after almost 6 years?

Gf recently was having discomfort, went to doctor and tested positive for a trichomoniasis vaginosis(one week ago from today). She is saying it “resurfaced” from nearly 6 years ago according to her doctor. She tested positive for it at the beginning of the relationship ~6years ago and we both took the course of treatment for it and assumed we cleared it. I do a full panel testing with my yearly physical per my job( I work in a field where I rarely but can potentially be exposed to blood borne pathogens) but after calling my doctor said I haven’t been tested for trich “as it’s hard to detect in men”. I’m running the course of meds and getting specifically tested for trich after this time. I haven’t gone outside of our relationship, but I’m seeking reassurance that she hasn’t, and that it really is highly likely to just be a resurfaced infection from years ago. We’ve spent a few months living apart(we see each other regularly but don’t live together due to work, I know it’s complicated and too revealing to be more specific). I’ve had no reason not to trust her other than this happening, but it’s really been bothering me a lot since receiving the phone call about it. For more info and hopefully not tmi, we have unprotected sex as I have a vasectomy and we’re in an exclusive relationship, and neither of us have had symptoms for any of the past years since prior treatment(up until a few weeks ago when she started having discomfort).

TL;DR GF positive for trich. Prior infection years ago, and treated but no further testing. Lived apart but assumed no cheating. Is resurfaced infection the most likely scenario here?

Felt something crawling on my neck at 2am, slapped it and cut the light on to find it was a pretty full bed bug. I did a box spring and mattress sweep and found four more. I’m waiting on pest control people to open in my area. I talked with a 24/7 pest control place and he said I might be able to find someone to start treatment today, but I’d realistically be looking at someone coming to assess today and start tomorrow morning earliest, if not Monday even. I’m a very anxious person and a VERY light sleeper. I have three cats and fish, so I’m looking for ways to manage until I can get treatment done. I was reading that trying to self treat can drive them into hiding and make it harder for the professionals to treat, but there’s no way I could sleep knowing they’re full force after me. I know not to move sleeping locations as they’ll just follow.

Another concern I have is the guy mentioned heat treating the whole house. I have a tropical fish tank that would be impossible to relocate or relocate the inhabitants, I have a room full of collectibles, electronics, and expensive instruments. Google says the fish and the stuff is doomed unless I move it all. Is that true? Is heating going to be my best method?

I’ve looked EVERYWHERE in the rest of the house and don’t see any signs of bed bugs anywhere else. I spent most time at home in my office or in the bedroom so I think they’re mostly confined to the bed room. I’ve seen several posts say to think back around 60 days and see where they could have came from, and that lines up with when I spent a day in jail over a stupid weed charge.
