She isn't basking here almost at all. Do I need to get the heat hotter or what?

She's chilling there for almost the whole day and she won't come out if I don't give her a super worm. Should I be worried about this? I mean she's not losing weight but is chilling in the shade for long times a concern? Other pics of her enclosure
