I just feel incredibly frustrated about the polls. Ever since Hillary 2016 the polls always underestimate republicans. The establishment dems could have +8 in the polls and then the elections against the republicans would be down the wire, biden 2020, 2024. Midterms ALWAYS.

Now that DSA got some motion. Somehow every candidate I want to win always looks much better and in the polls than election day, it comes down to the wire, AGAIN, El-Sayed, Hong.

It’s just frustrating the polls build expectations and then everything is shattered in election day. It was like that to established dems x republicans and now DSA x establishment dems

If you are careful with your prompting, AI can create nearly perfect illustrations, especially if you have a unique idea. If you use elevenlabs carefully you can produce really good voice over that barely sounds robotic.

However the script… no matter what I tried the scripts are horrible. I have spent so much time trying to get Chat, Claude, Gemini to write good scripts, feed every rule that they should not do such as:

“The key questions is:” before asking any questions or the

“Is not X is Y”

Very often their script also are very generic and often doesn’t deliver the true points that you are trying to convey and it ends up being very shallow.

I personally don’t mind doing the scripts myself because I feel like that is by FAR the most important part of the video so for me it’s fine… but if your content is not taking of AI script is by far what makes a video a SLOP in my opinion.

It’s still fine to generate outlines and give you ideas, but using AI script imo is the weakest link right now.

If you don’t think so, how do you accomplish your AI scripts?

I was part of a formula team in the pre-AI era. Which got me curious. Have teams in FSAE managed to accomplish more, higher quality cars with AI or have you actually gotten more people that on average had no idea what their work was even about?

I have just finished doing my editing video, I thought it was my best video yet, packaging was really good and proud of it. I went to post it(I render directly from the editor to youtube) and once I added the thumbnail everything, I made the rookie mistake of making it public before fully watching. My youtube video was up for 15 minutes until I unlisted it when I notice the audio of a chapter was completely fucked.

I’m planning to tomorrow redo the audio of the chapter but now I’m scared that If I reupload youtube will just flag it and it will be sent to the shadow helms. Any tips on how to approach this situation correctly? Should I just re-edit the video add some touches, and all, re-do a slightly different thumbnail and all?

I decided to start a youtube channel, the first 4 videos did ok, I got 1-3k impressions per video, A couple hundred views and a few dozens likes.

The analytics where average i feel like ~3% CTR and average watch time of 8 minutes (videos are 20 minutes long)

I didn’t expect to blow up, but I have been improving the quality of the videos slowly and learning how to make it more engaging, better editing etc. but lately my past two videos youtube have not sent it to people pages literally ZERO impressions. I am scared that it just decided to kill my channel.

I posted a video with a different style just to test if it was better than the the usual style I had, but it was AWFUL, i had a ~1.8% CTR and the average watch time of 4 minutes. So I decided to take it down after a day, I reedited the video(probably not enough) and posted again, I got 0 impressions in that one, which is alright, then for the next video, I did a new video and also got 0 impression on the next one, I don’t know what to do, it feels demotivating…
