has anyone at lacc revived their student loans?? mine still hasn’t posted💔 i will say i applied for them probably the last day of august but it’s def been over a month and i still don’t see anything:(
this is a genuine question and no judgement here:
i get braids and twist often i have thick type 4 hair which is great for braids and they last long and i see people on here of all backgrounds wearing braids my question is do you ever experience hair loss? Since straighter hair isn’t as coily, when you get it braided i wanted to know if any of you have experienced hair loss getting box braids etc?

hello everyone, I just spoke to a employee at the financial aid department and they told me that if you are taking classes in the second session you will receive the aid at a different time and the financial aid will be updated on 7/22 and in order to receive more aid, you need to take classes in the current session that is going on right now :). since I’m taking three units this session in six units the second session I would receive more for the second session however, I plan to change my classes for the current session. We’re in.
i talked to a finial aid employee at lacc over the phone and i was NOT aware that if you take 12 units for the spring you won’t receive financial aid for the summer, even tho i was told i have to take 12 units to be considered a full time student.. im so confused
this will be my first time taking summer classes at LACC and i wanted to know does anyone know how much their disbursements are/were for the summer?? i was told its all the same no matter how many units we take by a worker in the financial aid department (that didn’t sound right to me but what do i know?) especially because its saying i owe like $298 for summer classes and $583 for fall classes which is crazy bc i only owed $10 for the spring semester
hello, are we able to take out loans for the summer semester? and if so how do we go about that?
