Can we take a moment to appreciate how gorgeous ombré looks in boho braids? 😍

I recently learned about Miracle Knots and I’m curious to hear from people who’ve tried them. Are they actually worth it?

Why are my braids like that?

So, 2 days ago I went to the hairdresser to make my first braids ever, and when the hairdresser finished, she told me that I could keep them for a month. However, it's been only 2 days since I have them and they already look like that. Does anybody has an idea of why are they like this? Should I keep them?

Real hair left out and knotted by braider

Hi everyone! Haven’t visited this sub before but seeking some advice. I recently got a boho braid style with human hair for the first time, after having gotten a silk press. I just noticed that some of my hair seems to have been left out of braids and knotted… should I go back to the braider and ask them to make sure my real hair isn’t left out? Or find a new braider? Any and all advice appreciated

Would you ever choose jumbo braids over smaller braids? I love how quick they are to install and how bold they look.

Rate this cornrow done by my mom

So I started getting cornrows january of this year. I go to the hairstylist every 5 weeks for a fresh braid. This time around my braider and a another braider was full. During the summer they are usually full, I was told. I have work monday so I needed to have it braided. So I decided to give my mom a try. I was a bit iffy because we had no hair dryer, mouse or gel, just some blue magic hair oil. So we went ahead.

If you should look closely, you'll see that its not so neat but the overall look is not so bad in my opinion. I'm actually a little bit more satisfied now than when I first saw it. But please your opinion and advice, how would you rate it?
