I noticed a lot of teachers use AI to create their "About Me." I'm pro-AI, and I used it to revamp my resume, but it added a bunch of skills I didn't have and personal traits that weren't me. Are you guys removing all the things that aren't really you???

I once booked a trial with a tutor because she said she teaches Spanish through games and that all her classes are fun. The trial was a straight-up A2 grammar test. What bothered me the most was that she didn't switch to more advanced grammar topics when I kept getting every answer right. I did do the Preply assessment. Her bio did not match her teaching style at all.

I like my current tutor, but I can't book more classes with her because of her availability.
