Schools thinking i didn't meet requirement

So my IB English class that I took during high school satisfied a uni course for 8 units but it does not say that in my official transcript and just shows up as a total of 28 units (combined with history and arts). I just got an email from a DO school that I need to provide some sort of evidence that I took 12 total units of English (they can't see the IB one) and that they won't move forward with my application.

I'm more afraid that this might happen with MD schools and that they could just deny me before even asking for proof. What can I do about this? Should I reach out to my school list and let them know beforehand?

512 mcat but 3.56 cgpa

california applicant.

300 something clinical hrs total across three things

300 something research hrs one poster presentation

170 ish non clinical volunteering

all (except research) centered around serving underserved populations.

Im getting really anxious because admit.org says my best bet is to go w/ mostly DO schools, but I really was hoping for MD. My gpa did have an upward trend.

What are my chances? Any schools you guys think would be a best fit for me? I created my own list but right now all MD schools are reach schools and it's scaring me. I really don't want to apply again.

dealing with disappointed family members

On my last MCAT, I got a 503, so I decided to retake it, and my FLs were all 510–511. I decided to write the exam yesterday, and when I went home, I told my sister that anything around this or above, up to a 515, would make me so happy. She said, “That’s it? It’s not a big jump, and you studied for months full-time without working.” I was like, “What do you want me to do, jump over a bridge to get a 520? What the fuck do you want me to do? This is all I could do. Do you think I’m not disappointed?” Anyway fuck me ig

Testing today didn't get a minute of sleep

Went to bed at 9 and even went to the gym today to tire myself but my heart rate just wouldn't go down. I keep yawning but there's no sleep anymore. I've never pulled an all nighter. Never. I'm so scared. I cried out of frustration twice. I want to cry but my eyes will be dryer. someone please give me words of encouragement I live alone and can't call anyone this early. 😭

The second to last image is fl 6, but I did take it before fl 5 since fl 1-5 were retakes and I just felt like they were probably skewed. My question is what can I even do right now? I'm currently reviewing my fl from yesterday and I can't help but lose hope at a higher score. Last time I got 503 and I was hoping to at least get 10+ points on the retake this week 5/8. Are you guys seeing any patterns that I am missing?

I have all my pankow anki finished and have read the pages. CARS I do two passages a day with one being from Jackwestin and the other from AAMC. English is my second language so that's probably the reason for reading comprehension being the main mistake I make. I noticed a lot of my C/P errors were silly mistakes and B/BCH is always a hit or miss for me.
