Hi guys this is my little boy. I groom him on my own, usually doing a 10 blade reversed but accidently did a 30. Realizing after the first couple swipes, his skin didn’t look irritated so (f*ck it!) I continued.

No irritation showed until checking on him this morning. He looks awful. We have a cone on him to prevent further scratching.

Please help with home remedies and ideas to soothe him. I am currently dog-sitting for someone else so my partner is taking care of him. He also has severe separation anxiety and keeps itching obsessively. I’m so worried about infection!! Help!!
