Nonstop puking ?

So I'm not pregnant, it's not possible so yeah. But I have been almost 2 months late, honestly I was very stressed, it came the moment I calmed down.

It was stress. But I got my period today/yesterday, and for like 7 hours I would puke even after drinking water, which was awful cuz for the past week I have been eating awfully. Mostly not eating because I was so stressed. Like it was intense puking to sorry tmi

Bro what do I do is this normal 😑

Something that I've noticed is that especially early on while people are recovering, there's a lot of stress over not relapsing. The idea that one moment where you relapse ruins it all.

No.

I have gone months without doing it, then had a really bad moment. Would you say that all my previous work is gone? No. Just need to get back on track, on a path that was already paved

I think a lot of people would actually do better in the recovery if they stopped stressing about relapsing or feeling bad about relapsing

BTW; Over a year clean stopped counting, might be 2 years
