GCU ABSN — How long after submitting secondary application did you hear back?

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to hear from anyone who has recently gone through GCU’s ABSN secondary admissions process.

I received & submitted my secondary application yesterday for the ABSN program at one of the Florida locations & was wondering how long it typically took everyone to hear back about whether they were accepted. I’m hoping to start this fall, so I’m getting a little anxious waiting for an update.

For those who have gone through the process recently, how long after submitting your secondary application did you receive a decision? Was it a few days, a week, or longer? Also, did you receive your acceptance by email, phone call, or through your student portal?

Any recent experiences would be really helpful. Thank you!

Expecting HESI Results

Hello all!

I took my HESI A2 V1 exam this morning (Friday) around 10:30am & finished around 1:14pm. When should I be expecting my results? I keep seeing mixed results about the time frames. I work myself up & tend to get impatient/anxious over stuff like this lol. Thanks in advance!!

Hello all!! I'm graduating from college this week & I take my grad photos on Thursday. I do struggle with hormonal acne, & my skin is extremely oily & acne-prone. I am currently taking Spironolactone & use Erythromycin BP topical gel fo my acne.

I don't wear a full face of makeup a whole lot, usually whenever I have an event. I do wear Fenty concealer every single day to cover my blemishes, hyperpigmentation scars, & redness.

My current makeup routine is not good at all, & I would like to try something different & nothing that will damage my skin or make my skin type worse. My current “routine” is Fenty’s We’re Even Hydrating Concealer, Fenty’s Sun Stalk'r Instant Warmth Bronzer (in 2 diff shades as I use one as my “foundation” & the other as a bronzer), & will finish with elf Power Grip Dewy setting spray. I used to use elf Power Grip primer until I learned it was very bad for my skin type.

I went into Sephora today to purchase new makeup for my grad pics. I had a worker help me find shades & find what would suit my skin type best. Here is what I bought:

\-Kulfi Double Life serum primer

\-Biossance Squalane + 5% Niacinamide Brightening Eye
Serum

\-Tower 28 Serum Concealer (2 different shades as I am biracial & sometimes alter in between seasons)

\-Makeup Forever HD Skin Matte Velvet powder foundation

\-Charlotte Tillbury, Airbrush Bronzer

\-Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray

I was wondering if anyone who does makeup has any insight to this lineup?? I do see my dermatologist soon & plan on bringing up these products to her. I didn't know if anyone had any other recommendations/suggestions or even advice!
