Has anyone else gotten an error when trying to purchase that says you've reached your $1 monthly purchase limit? I never set a purchase limit. Everything with Spinfinite has been working perfectly, I would make purchases, I would occasionally redeem and then all the sudden this error. I have emailed twice and it's been over a week and haven't heard anything except for the generic auto response stating they got my email. Any input is appreciated!

I made a redemption request on 5/12, almost 2 weeks ago. I got the initial email saying they received my request and then nothing. I emailed them 2 days ago just asking for an update and I got the email immediately that said they received my email and would try to get back within 4 days. I'm not mad, I'm just wondering if this sounds typical and if others have had this same experience. Thanks!
