I got all india merit rank 23XX can I get wce cs or aiml branch osm Candidate

What i can get at 97.42%ile mains osm Candidate like most likely

Am osm Candidate I got 97.42%ile in jee mains can I get IT Aiml or cs in walchand

And it would be wonderful if seniors could guide me about placement and clg and am also getting instrumentation and control engineering in coep pune

I got Gen : 55 (according to reap merit list ) what clg and branch would i get and can I apply for obc certificate now ??
