So we are looking to purchase a flat in Noida sector 76, Amarpali Silicon City, society is decent

We are getting a option of 2bhk +study super built area of 1180 sqft

Owner is quoting 1.18 crore

Wanted to understand a few quick points

1. is price good?

2. is it the right time to purchase a property?

Bit background

Both of us are working, decent ctc total income is 6 lac, 1 kid, she is in class 1, no such liability, we purchased a land which we have paid off completely, we belong to jaipur hence NCR is normal choice

Why this particular area

Both of our offices are nearby, we can definitely get a bigger flat in Noida extension etc for same price but that will add travel

Kids school

We plan to move out of India in next 2 years, so we will be happy to put it on rent or sell out without appreciation or at same price

We are paying 50k monthly in rent which I feel really bad because in that I am not getting any thing

Here at max emi will be 90k, rent will keep increasing but emi will remain static.

So I have got new one plus 6 yesterday

Not sure why I am facing 2 issues

1. when someone is calling screen remains dark it doesn't lit up how it suppose to happen any idea how to fix it

2. audio is a bit low on calls, it was fine yesterday I guess but today not sure why this is happening

Anyone has used it? It is a small one costing me around 8.5k and the guy is saying it can soft upto 3 lac liter of water
