Can you melt these for crons?

I'm just wondering about the new zones, I'm confused after watching some videos. I'm 387, Oct weapons , all dec khara apart from one earing which is Nov, I want to leave it like that, and exchange for elketa, it's more than enough to get to 400 for aggris spot? Or is it I won't have enough total ap? Content creators are saying mixed things

I currently have 2 dec kharazad and the rest are nov, with 3 hammers left. Is it better for me to stick with that and get base of new accessories (assuming that's how it will be) as I still have sovereign to do as I have my main hand on Oct , sub on Sept and awakening on pen. And it's costing loads now. Plus there's edana gear which is all on tri. I'm thinking of using the other hammers on my sovereign , I'm not sure what to do, as the cron cost is crazy and I don't have unlimited time to do everything.

I got one can I sell it straight away or do I need to keep it as it says there's a cron bonus if you get 10?

Please sell your garmoth scale as I'm trying to do my krogdolo gear and all I need is this. Can't see if there any other way to get it? I know you can grind it but rather not do that as getting the spirit stone fragment was painful enough

There are 11 anniversary drops at moment but can seem to get them working? Gone to participating channel but nothing?
