Carbon fiber viper ultimate

Just finished the plastics on this mouse in carbon light does not shine thru I tried sanding with a Dremel under it and got to hot and made the clear coat bubble a little, annoying but I can’t keep working listening. I molded the carbon fiber piece tooth plastic piece from a negative mold. Send it some of the plastic off of both before molding the carbon to the plastic to not add any additional height if anyone’s interested dm me

Solvent pop?

I am actually so confused right now. This hasn’t happened to me before I just sanded 801,000 1500 2000 3010 compound buffed and hairdryer it dry maybe it was to hot and there were some traps solvents that just popped out because the clearcoat layer got so thin and more maybe that it pushed through. I can’t really figure this out because these little bubbles are raised not like air pockets I sanded into it’s like they came out of the surface very confused right now. Should I I’m like almost down to the carbon and I did sand into the carbon in one spot so I do need a little bit more clearcoat, but not sure as this happened to anyone?

Foggy clear coat

Went a lil to crazy with the clear coat rushing to get it done and build up layer to cover weave texture and I guess I trapped some solvents in the clear what do you guys recommend sand it? More clear? It’s been 24hrs since I sprayed a lot and I really did like 15 passes stupid but whatever this is my only part I need to fix it

Sand grit? Polish? Scratch out?

What would you guys recommend to do to get this nice level near like finish? I just clear coated it and now should I send with like 1000 grit move up to like three and then get a polishing compound or should I use like a scratch out compound or just straight polish the mouse shell more of the fiber weave is pronounced I built up enough in the deeper spot so when I stand down or something that it could be level, but the higher spots are higher, so it’s still has the weave texture and on the phone case I sanded through a little too deep so there’s some deeper spots that I can like fit my fingernail in

Clear coat advice

Wondering what everyone in here uses for clearcoat I make mainly cosmetic carbon fiber parts at a random things honestly working on a mouse that I’ll be done with soon and don’t have clearcoat at the moment. I could just buy a 2K clearcoat can but I don’t have any projects coming up and that’ll just go to waste on one very tiny project of mine what is a more sustainable way to do this? I don’t. I haven’t been making enough to buy a whole spray gun set up, but is there anyway I could buy clearcoat and the hardener and just use like a plastic spray bottle or brush it on? I’m sick of buying one time used to K clear coat cans. How is one K clearcoat? I know that won’t harden on itself after open.
