I'm thinking 60-70 litres but I'm not sure. Never done high altitude trekking/hiking before so I don't know how my body will handle the extra weight. With 60l I'm afraid it won't be big enough for all my stuff but 70l might be too big. I'm 162 cm so I'm trying to take that into consideration aswell

I'm planning to the EBC trek next spring and have started to plan a itinerary. This will be my first time being at such a high altitude which is why I want to take things slowly and add 2 additional acclimatisation days (additional to the typical 2 in Namche and Dingboche - so 4 acclimatisation days in total).

Is it smarter to just add 1 additional day to Namche and Dingboche each (-> so 2 accl. days in Namche and 2 in Dingboche)

OR

Do the usual 1 acclimatisation day in each of those villages and add the other 2 days to other villages such as Tengboche or Lobuche (for example, 1 accl. day in Namche, 1 in Tengboche, 1 in Dingboche, 1 in Lobuche)?

Ich habe ADHS und Depressionen und momentan geht es mir psychisch nicht gut. Ich merke, dass ich seit einiger Zeit überhaupt nicht aufnahmefähig bin, kann mich gar nicht motivieren und konzentrieren und wenn ich versuche zu lernen, bleibt einfach nichts hängen und ich bin einfach nur überlastet und überfordert mit meinem Leben.

Ich wollte mich eigentlich deswegen von einer Klausur abmelden, habe aber die Frist verpasst. Ich hatte es so in Erinnerung, dass man sich ein Tag vor der Klausur noch abmelden kann. Es sind jetzt noch fast 2 Wochen bis zur Klausur aber die Frist ist anscheinend seit 2 Tagen schon vorbei.

Übrigens: Ich studiere an einer Hochschule und das Modul wird immer nur im Sommersemester angeboten. Ich habe mich bis jetzt für nichts krankgemeldet und bin deswegen total planlos.

Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn:

Ich fühle mich nicht ausreichend vorbereitet für die Klausur und bin momentan psychisch labil. Wenn ich mich krankmelde, wann kann ich die Klausur nachschreiben? In ein paar Tagen so wie damals in der Schule? Oder erst wieder im übernächsten Semester am regulären Klausurtermin des Moduls? Gilt eine Krankschreibung wie eine Abmeldung oder wird es als Sonderfall betrachtet und hat irgendwelche Folgen? Wie oft darf man sich krankmelden?

Und wonach muss ich beim Arzt fragen? Nach einem normalen ärztlichen Attest oder nach einer AU? Reicht es wenn ich sage, dass es mir psychisch nicht gut geht und überfordert?
