Rain pants for PCT in June/July?
I’ll be section hiking in Washington (500 km), in late June to mid July.
Would you guys bring rain pants?

I am going on a section hike of the pct around 500km in Washington. I was thinking of buying baggy hiking pants from Kawa Club but I am worried about the validity of such pants.
What do you guys think? Is it too performative or is it not really a big deal other than snagging branches?
I have been collecting some butane lighters for the past few years, but none of them work properly. I’ve only managed to clear the old flint from them, but every single one leaks butane from either the refill port or the ignition valve. I’ve tried to repair them but how do I access the o-rings (I assume that’s the issue), I just take the lighter apart but it only exposes the flint mechanism and not the gas. I also often fuck up and render the lighter unusable when I attempt my repair.
TLDR: How do I access the O-rings / butane assembly?
