iPhone 17 camera looks bad – what settings are you using?

Hey everyone,

I’ve had my iPhone 17 for about 2 months, but I’m honestly disappointed with the camera. My photos often look soft, overprocessed, or just not as good as what I see other people posting.

I’m wondering if I’m missing some camera settings or if there’s something I should change.

I’d really appreciate it if you could share your settings or anything that made a noticeable difference. Thanks!

Does walking help lupus? Struggling with insomnia, migraines, and low energy.

Hi everyone,
I have lupus and I’ve been struggling with constant fatigue, insomnia, and migraines. Even when I’m exhausted, I don’t sleep well, and I wake up feeling like I have no energy.
I’m wondering:
Has going for daily walks helped your lupus symptoms or fatigue?
How do you manage insomnia?
What has helped with lupus-related migraines?

I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences. Thank you!

Doctor says I may stop lupus meds

My doctor told me to continue my lupus medication for 8 months, do regular checkups in between, and then repeat the antibody blood tests after 8 months. They said if the antibodies become negative/normal I may be able to stop the meds, but if not I might need to continue.

I’m also scared that even if my blood tests become normal, the old symptoms or sickness could come back after stopping medication. I still sometimes feel feverish and a bit unwell, though I’m also asthmatic and summer weather makes things harder for me, so I don’t always know what’s causing what.

Has anyone else been told something similar? Is this a normal approach for lupus?

Inconsistent meds

I have lupus and I’ve realized I’m not taking my medication as seriously as I should. I skip doses sometimes or procrastinate refills, even though I know the consequences. Has anyone else dealt with this? What helped you get more consistent? And the meds make you guy’s depressed I feel like shit everyday
