Went to the local aquarium. Didn't even have to enter it, this guy already made my day! There are also HUGE Carp and Koi in these giant ponds but those are just after the pellets you can feed them.
My handsome boy has found out he can flare at my phone. This is him in his old tank, before I moved him to his bigger blackwater home.
His name's Simon (or Quentin?) I'm still not really satisfied tho - too picky with a name for him :') Open for ideas!
I am very proud to show you my very first blackwater aquarium! After three clearwater tanks I set up with my boyfriend (where he mostly decided the theme) I finally got to realise my very own vision. It's a 60x30x30cm tank (I found on the side of the road, haha) primarily to give my Betta and our Pygmy Corys (from another tank) a better home. I'm also planning to add a bunch of Kuhlis and better floating plants in the foreseeable future.
What do you guys think? Open for any tips and suggestions as i want to do it right :)
