How? Basically when all honeycombs are full they produce a signal that lights up 1/8 rails , when all are lighted up a cart moves across them and reacher a detector rail that triggers two signals for the honeycombs,one to fill the bottle and one to release it into the hopper (all this using observers double signal)goes into an automatic crafter that releases both honey blocks and empty glasses in which i made a custom built sorter to sort bottles into a hopper that gives them back to another rail to refill the dispensers.
