“post on Amazon as would never recommend”.

I don’t understand why that’s the only option at the end of a book, where you can rate the book. Even if I rate a book with five stars, the wording changes to “posted on Amazon as would never recommend”. How do I change that? It makes zero sense to me that it just automatically does that. Which sucks, because I only noticed it a week or so ago, and Ihad been doing five star rating on books I really enjoy, only to accidentally post as would never recommend! I feel like I’ve wronged my favorite authors!😭😭

Update: Upon further investigation, on my kindle app on my phone, I can a rate a book and it just says posted, so it’s only on my actual device. Not sure if that’s more or less frustrating…

I have dabbled with yoga, but I’ve made my mind up and intend to get serious. I need advice as to what I need to practice to get strong, hopefully advice from those with similar issues.

My title says most of it, but there’s a few more details. I had my baby three years ago via csection. Before pregnancy, I was in the best shape of my life, I was darn near having real ab definition😆 my body went out of whack after delivering my baby, and after three years, I’m about 15 lbs away from my pre baby weight.

I have SI joint issues and herniated discs. I need to get my core, glutes, and back strong so I can be the mom my daughter deserves. I’m not able to go to studios in my area, but I am able to do yoga at home through YouTube. So, my question is, what channel should I be watching, and what practices should I be doing? Any and all advice is SO appreciated!!

Thank you in advance!🙏🙏🙇‍♀️
