Tech professional exploring a curated ethnic wear pop-up concept — would love feedback
Hi everyone,
I work as a Senior Associate in tech, and alongside my corporate career, I’ve been exploring the idea of building a small business in the ethnic fashion space.
One concept I’m currently validating is a curated “SuitSet on Wheels” model — essentially bringing well-designed suit sets, dress materials, and ethnic collections directly to working women through society pop-ups, office events, weekend exhibitions, and curated community setups instead of a traditional retail store.
The goal is to create a more convenient and personalized shopping experience for busy professionals who may not always have time for offline shopping.
Before taking this further, I’d genuinely love insights from this community:
Would you shop from a curated mobile/pop-up ethnic wear setup?
What price range/design quality would matter most to you?
Would office or residential society pop-ups be more convenient?
What would make you trust and revisit such a brand?
I’m currently experimenting with the idea in Ahmedabad and trying to approach it thoughtfully before scaling.
Would really appreciate honest feedback from fellow working women and professionals here.
