Has anyone else gone from anxious attachment to letting people go?

I’ve noticed a big change in myself. I used to get deeply attached, overthink everything, and feel desperate to fix connections or keep people from leaving.
Now, I can care about someone and still accept that they’re no longer part of my life. I may still think about them, check their socials, or wonder if they’ll come back—but I no longer feel the urge to reach out, seek closure, or chase them.
I’m curious whether this is emotional healing, developing a more secure attachment style, or simply outgrowing my old patterns.
Has anyone else experienced this while healing anxious attachment?

Why do guys stop liking your posts but never unfollow you after ghosting you?

Why is it that when you stop talking to a guy, especially one who ghosted you or did you dirty, he suddenly stops liking your posts but never unfollows you? You don't chase him, you don't ask for closure, and you don't reach out. You simply move on with your life. Yet, he still keeps following you, viewing your profile, and watching the videos you post. No likes, no communication, just silent observation.

Like I don't know if I was to ghost someone I would remove my self completely just saying. Some people are bad at completely removing themselves.
