Yesterday evening (April 30), around 1900 or 2000h (eastern US), I sent some Pikmin to 2 lavish mushrooms targetting a slow cook of around 12-14 hours to complete. They finished between 800 and 1200 today (May 1). I got no event currency of any kind off of either - not last month's stroopwafels (as intended) but neither the pixel art flowers for this month, which I figured I would get as the mushrooms finished well into this month's event currency window. I was the only one on either mushroom, so this wasn't an instance of someone else hopping on and accidentally finishing the mushroom before midnight.
Am I misunderstanding how end-of-month slow cooking works? This was my first instance of actually remembering to try it. Thanks in advance.
