TW: Dysmorphia discussion

I have a character who grew up in nobility. She has since joined the revolution against the nobility, but still values her looks due to how she was raised. I know I want to give her major scarring and I was wondering if she were to have an explosion go off near her, specifically on one side, how would the scarring look and would it impact any of her senses, specifically sight and hearing.

Also if anyone has recommendations for what could give her major scarring that could cause dysmorphia

So I need advice on what to do if something that has happened to me happens again. This subreddit seemed like the right spot, but lmk if it isn’t

The situation in question happened about a month ago I think. For context I cannot handle those plastic bags for vegetables in stores.

Basically what happened is my mum asked me to put the cucumbers away and I repeatedly said I couldn’t, and she pushed me until I did, which caused me to leave and go to my room immediately. She followed me in to talk and try to help, and I ended up having something similar to a panic attack caused by it. Meaning I couldn’t breathe and was crying. I have issues with crying in public, especially with family since my bio dad used to shame me for crying.

So I’m just asking what advice anyone here has for if the situation happens again. If it helps I have diagnosed anxiety and the bags make my fingers feel icky and my ears hurt when I hear them.

So. I have various mods. I have two twin girls, one is a cis girl, the other is a trans girl. The trans girl got her girlfriend pregnant, got addicted to weed, does mdma, Adderall, and Xanax. She doesn’t talk to her son much. And then the cis girl goes and gets pregnant while addicted to nicotine. She had a miscarriage and then got pregnant again. She has not stopped smoking or vaping and got wasted while pregnant. They’re also both fucked up since one of their mothers cheated on the other with Caleb Vatore, got pregnant, and then the other one started an affair with Titania Summerdream after the divorce and now they’re married.

I will say I’m uncertain about the last part, but I’m most confident about paint the sky being in there
