How do I get the depth effect on my lockscreen wallpaper?

Hey guys. I'm using the OnePlus N6, just wondering how I can enable the depth effect on my lockscreen? The preview wallpaper clearly shows the depth effect as you can see but when I try to apply it I get something like this.

Guys.... who the fuck is this? I can't lie I was in The Red Dirt bar and saw the green dot on the map which indicates a friendly NPC, I went to check it out and she said "Hey V" which spooked me out, then I scanned her only to find that she's a netrunner and all her shit is classified. Wtf?

I mean she kiiiiinda looks like Songbird I guess and she's a netrunner but idk isn't Song supposed to be aboard the Space Force One at this time?
