What a weird looking “leg stretching strap”

What a weird looking “leg stretching strap”

“Included in the package are 1 Yoga Strap, 2 Door Anchors, and a convenient storage bag”

Guess we’ll see what I get when it’s delivered lol

I hope its the actual leg stretching strap

Firefox not working?

EDIT:

Seems to be working now! :)

I have a MacBook and I use Firefox, but when I go to the vine page, I get the “sorry something went wrong” dog page.

I’ve deleted my cookies and browsing history

Regular amazon web page loads fine

Its been well over the jail time limit for too many refreshes

I don’t have any extensions running

Anyone else having an issue loading vine on firefox?

Rogers Ambassador Team or scam?

Was a rogers customer. Left 2 months ago. Now getting calls from +1 (833) 430-6093. They don’t leave a message. I called back and the recording said it was the Rogers Ambassador Team. Press 1 for residential offers or 2 for Wireless.

I’m assuming it may be the “winback team” Anyone know for sure?

Off ice training

I just started to learn how to skate with the ultimate goal of being able to join a beer hockey league in the fall. Ambitious I know, but I always wanted to play hockey so here we are.

I signed up for skating lessons already. I’ve done two sessions out of 7. I can skate forward, kinda skate backwards, I can do pizza stance to stop-ish but working on the hockey stop.

My problem with the hockey stop is I’m putting too much pressure on my leg/foot so the blade is digging into the ice and trying to turn instead of scraping the ice.

Is there any off ice training I can do to help visualize and get my body used to the movement of stopping and the amount of pressure (or rather lack of) it takes to stop.

Any other off ice training for skating movements, I can do? I’m not talking about working out and strengthening my legs that’s obvious and I’m doing that but specifically to learn the movements of skating better without being on the ice? As ice time is very limited since it’s spring now.

Thanks!
