what do y'all think?

I keep seeing that whenever their culture is portrayed as "from karnataka" they find it offensive or don't like their culture to be a part of karnataka. Why is it like this?

Hello everyone, a few days ago we started an online film club where we discussed movies throughout the world. For now, we're mostly a small group and want to add a few others into the club. The group mostly consists of Kannadigas and we discuss kannada movies too. Our next discussion will be on Dweepa and Bhootayyana Maga Ayyo. It's pretty casual and lowkey.

We usually discuss films by a "bingo card" system where a person randomly generates a number and then they'll have to choose a movie(s) according to the theme on the bingo card that corresponds with their number.

The group is formed on WhatsApp and we primarily communicate through whatsapp. So if y'all wanna join let me know!
