Advice on my CIPD options as an old IT veteran

I couldn't really find a similar scenario so thought I'd ask for advice on my own situation.

I'm in my 50's and have been doing IT technical support for 25 years, also have a degree from back in the 90's. I'm fed up with IT and would like to cross train, I have 0% knowledge of HR or management experience.

Is my best option CIPD3 or should I go directly on CIPD5. I would struggle to do an online based course, so would prefer in person / hybrid and I'd be funding by myself and doing it around my current role

thanks

Can this rear derailleur be fixed?

I took my bike to halfords for a free bike check as the gears were starting to grind and he said the rear derailleur was bent but he couldn't source a replacement but if I could then he would install it.

I don't know what he is talking about, is this fixable by a bike mechanic or do I need to buy a new one? thanks

Drilling into concrete lintel and fence post

I've 2 jobs that need drilling and I'm struggling to make a hole.

Above the garage I've a lintel which had a thin uvc facia with totally rotten wood behind, so I need to secure new wood and then a thin upvc fascia. OR a thicker UPVC sill only....not sure which, both options need fixing though.

and #2, secure a sun sail to the fence posts in the garden.

Anyway my current drill bits dont go further than 4mm into the fence and really struggle in the lintle.

Ideally, a 6-8mm wide bit. What are good brands that will make a hole into concrete.

I've only got 2 drills in my shed:

and an old corded B&D something, same type...diy drill with hammer function.

thanks
