Response to broken handle coffee mug from the other day.
I do this with all my tumblers. I have no clue why they would sell them without handles. But to each their own!

So I work for a large company, many building, many floors, many locations. I work by myself. I make my own schedule. I come and go as I please. I work on what I want to and when I want to. I have zero supervisors. I'm never told what to do. I just see something needs done and I do it. I do a lot that the higher ups don't know about. They just know it's getting done somehow, but by who, they have no clue. I'm sure people take credit for a lot of my work. The last time I even spoke to a higher up - AKA - one of my many supervisors that I would be under. (As I work every department, every building, every floor.) Was at the company Christmas party. And it was just pleasantries.
I'm thinking about taking a month leave of absence. Letting them know of course.
My question is would this be a good ideal?
I mean on the one hand they could be like, we never missed him! Why are we even paying him to do?
On the other hand they could be like, call him back (two weeks in) as the place is falling apart, so to speak.
Just want to know the other pros and cons of taking a month's leave of absence?
Thank you!
With all the technologyout there, there has to be a way to search for a show over all the channels for the entire week, right?
Like for example only:
Show name: Black Jack Savage
On channel 3 at 11pm on 4/5/26
On channel 44 at 3am on 4/8/26
On channel 321 at 12pm on 4/4/26
On channel 65 at 1pm on 4/8/26
And so on.
In a list form like above.

I've been looking to get baptized for a while now. But I would like it done in a creek or river, not a bathtub!😅. Years ago churches would have baptism events at a river or creek where there were many people and sometimes a few pastors there doing the baptism. I haven't seen this practice for a few years now around here. A friend of mine did it last year but had to go to Tennessee to do so. Anyone know of any closer to home?
I haven't had cable in over 35 years and I never missed it as nothing is on regular TV to mount to anything.
I moved into an apartment where basic cable is included in your rent. 145 channels, plus HBO and streaming channels.
So far in the last month all I've really notice is just all rerun sitcoms.
12 hours of.....
Friends, Seinfeld, Family Guy, Bob's Burgers, Golden Girls, How I Met Your Mother, Everybody Loves Raymond, King of Queens.
Then of course News networks and sports networks are the majority of the channels. Which I could care less about news and sports.
It's funny as 145 channels is really 50 channels just repeated 3 times on 3 different numbered channels.
Just noticed on Sunday my antifreeze bottle was empty. So I filled it. Today Thursday I notice it was Emory again. I have to leaks where I park it in my driveway. I see no leaks around the head gasket. But top the the radiator i saw this today. It's not a spill as it's on the opposite side of the fill bottle and on top of the radiator. When I drive I think I smell an antifreeze smell?
I have 4 old street signs that I need bent at a 45° angle. The whole process would probably take 10 minutes.
I was told by a supervisor at the water department that when Cargill closes up the, our water bill will be drastically higher as Cargill, is the number one user of water in all of Dayton and Montgomery County with only Montgomery County being the second most use of water. He said they're going to have to lay off a lot of people at the water and sewer department, and our monthly bill will be "scary" higher. Once Cargill closes, this is just a warning
