stopped sertaline 100mg cold turkey 3 weeks ago

hi… so three weeks ago I stopped taking sertaline 100mg cold turkey. Symptoms of OCD and anxiety came back after taking it for like 2 1/2 months I realize now that was probably a blip week and I got worried and immediately got off of it well the last three weeks I’ve had like this weird tingle and metallic taste that comes and goes in my mouth. I’m crying multiple times a day and have feelings of like hopelessness all that great stuff. I’m just wondering like is this a result of me going crazy or does it probably have anything to do with sertaline? My mouth is the thing that’s making me go like absolutely nuts. It feels like I’m like sucking on pennies and I have this weird metallic taste in my mouth or sometimes it feels like there’s a pin in the middle of my tongue or a hair on the tip of my tongue and nothing‘s there. It’s like some weird phantom feelings. And the position moves through throughout the day. I just started Prozac 10 mg today. I’ve heard it does a lot better with anxiety and OCD. now I’ve gone down the spiral of thinking I have burning mouth syndrome or whatever it’s literally all I think about and I have never felt this bad since quitting Zoloft. I know you’re now you’re not supposed to quit cold turkey. I didn’t even know that you’re not supposed to. I feel like I’m going insane and stuck inside my own body having multiple crying spells a day as well as extreme paranoia about my mouth I do not feel myself. I just wanna be happy and I feel like this will be forever. I’m wondering what if this isn’t just from serotonin because it’s been going on for three weeks now

Root Canal Recovery- How Long Till Normal?

How long until root canal feels completely normal? Got one 3w ago on top tooth (3rd from the back). Was fine the first two weeks felt normal and just 5 days ago since I started to slowly use that side again for soft foods etc I started getting this weird zing/warm/tingle in the tooth randomly. Starts mid day until I go to bed. No crown on it yet I get it when i’m home from vacation next month. Tooth originally had no infection. No pain when biting, no inflammation or redness, bite is not high. I do have tapping sensitivity though. I’m on vacation so not around my dentist at the moment. The feeling is not painful just annoying.
