I have extra tiles from the hallway and I think they could look nice in the bathroom as the tiles in the bathroom are old. However not sure if using same flooring in two rooms will look nice.
The property is currently empty and they agreed to move in at the end of this month. However the tenant wants to move furniture from now. Correct me if i'm wrong but in this case the tenancy would technically start when they move the furniture so they shouldn't be allowed to do this right if they agreed date to move in is the end of the month ? Also this would complicate check in and check out process.
I’m doing referencing on tenants and they can’t provide a landlord reference. Is this a good reason to say no to them?
