Stamps on gold chain misleading

Let me start by apologising if this is a stupid question but I’m a newbie when it comes to gold necklaces.

So I’ve just bought a gold chain that was supposed to be 18 karat, and indeed there’s a 750 stamp on it. However there’s another stamp that includes a star and the code 586AR and it’s confusing me since 14k is 585.

Can anyone enlighten me on what the latter stamp means?
Thanks in advance
