Best spots for watching sunrise at Mt. Rainier

I'll be visiting Mt. Rainier soon and would love to see a sunrise. What are your favorite spots/hikes for watching sunrise from either the paradise area or the sunrise area? I'm excited about the sunrise area opening soon and looking for recommendations regarding nice vantage points in either of the locations, preferably with easy to moderate hikes.

Olympic National Park and Mt Rainier in late June

I had originally planned a week-long trip in late July to visit both Olympic National Park and Mt. Rainier. Unfortunately, that timeframe no longer works for me, and the only time I’d be able to travel now is during the last week of June/July first week.

I’ve heard that snow at Mt. Rainier often doesn’t fully clear until July. With that in mind, would it still be worth visiting Mt. Rainier in late June, or would you recommend removing it from my itinerary and focusing solely on Olympic National Park?

My plan is to rent a car in Seattle and spend a few days each in Port Angeles, Forks, and possibly Ashford or Packwood as bases for exploring the surrounding areas. How concerned should I be about driving conditions? Would a standard sedan be sufficient, or would it be better to rent an AWD vehicle?

This will be my first visit to the Pacific Northwest. I’m not a hardcore hiker, so I’m hoping for more of an immersive nature trip—taking in the landscapes, enjoying scenic drives and viewpoints, and doing a few light hikes. My goal is really to soak in the beauty of the region and experience the forests, mountains, and coastline at a relaxed pace. I would really appreciate any insights or suggestions.

Apartment suggestions near Quincy Center and Wollaston

I’m moving from out of state and am new to the area. I’ll be working in Cambridge, and a lot of people have recommended looking for housing in Quincy and commuting via the Red Line. I’d love any recommendations from the community for good apartment complexes/buildings that are within walking distance to the T. I’m trying to stay within a budget of $2,600 for a one-bedroom apartment. I'm mainly looking for clean, safe, preferably quieter, and well-managed apartments.

What are the pros and cons of living near Quincy Center vs. Wollaston? Are these areas generally safe to walk home at night? I’d also appreciate any advice on areas/buildings to avoid or other nearby neighborhoods worth considering.

Also, are Zillow/Trulia/Apartment.com good way to find the apartments or are there any other websites that would be better for searches?
